We will have a wide selection of food trucks and vendors with various food and nonalcoholic beverages for sale from open to approximately 7 pm.
We are proud to be the only 100% for charity beer festival in Texas. All proceeds from the festival go through Cloud 9 Charities to benefit Bedtime Rescue, which is our own program designed to provide temporary housing to homeless women with children. Sorry, but no. While we’re at it, the following items are also prohibited: Guns, strollers, pets (children don’t count), outside food and beverages, tasers, bazookas, tanks, missiles, aircraft, fireworks, explosives, any kind of drug, any kind of weapon.. Pretty much anything you’d get arrested for having in public.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited around the brewery tents but will be allowed in the outside aspects of the festival, such as Ferguson Plaza and grassy knolls, but watch for gunfire. Sorry, too soon?
Security and local police will be on-site for your safety throughout the festival.
The core staff will handle any who has had too much to drink. Lewisville PD will be on site for anyone who becomes unruly. There will be options for people who have had too much to drink to have a safe ride home using Uber and Lyft. We offer a Designated Driver ticket for only $10. Much cheaper than a lawyer.
